I'd say Grubbs fortress in Sunken City, complete with a duel circle you can actually put stuff in (i.e. mannequins, house guests, pets, castle magic, etc.).

It'd be awesome to have that statue in the Commons pond of the wizard, witch and piggle as a housing item.
