Dramaturgist's Wand & MC Bad Juju

As most players are aware, the latest update brought us a pvp-only change to Bad Juju making it take 25% of the caster's health. The change also extends to the TC and item card versions of Bad Juju, and consequentially the may cast Bad Juju available in two wands: The Dramaturgist's Wand from the Accursed Play Bundle, and the Alphoi Reflector Relic from the Alphoi Hoard Pack.

With the recent updates Bad Juju is an extremely situational spell, it requires outstanding timing to be used successfully and gives no room for error. A spell of such nature is too dangerous as a may cast, it'll hurt you far more often than it'll help you.

The Alphoi Reflector Relic allows some control over Juju as it can only trigger through the Death wand hits. Fire wand hits are safe as they may only trigger Grand Phoenix, which makes the wand a viable option in PvP. You can choose whatever you'll take Juju's risk or not.

However the Dramaturgist's Wand only carries Shadow hits, which may trigger either Sacrifice or Bad Juju. You can't know which one you'll get, thus you'll always hesitate to use a wand spell. The wand overall is a good piece, but that possibility of Bad Juju makes any PvP'er dismiss the wand as too risky.
Alas its stats aren't enough to be competitive either.

It's got a pretty nice concept but I feel it's a shame such good wand is left to the sidelines simply because of the Juju update.
Which is why I'm asking that the Bad Juju card on the wand is made No-PvP - just like the Vassanji mc card in the Headmaster's Dream Staff - so it can be safely wielded in PvP while remaining the same in PvE.
