Hello,

A week ago, I was unable to purchase crowns because of suspicous activity on my account. The same thing happened 2 weeks ago and I was able to resolve it. I emailed KI, never got a response. I can now buy crowns, but I was never told that my account was back on solid status.

4 days ago, one of my accounts went from subscription to free play. A week before that, I had just purchased a years subscription! Paypal shows the charge. My account was taken off subscription to free play. I have sent 3 emails to KI on 3 separate days. No reply. Nothing. I cannot play now for 4 days.

What is going on? I have spent lots of money over the years at KI and I think the customer service is terrible.

I contacted our Customer Support, and they relayed that they've been trying to contact you but your email address is bouncing. It appears you are able to send to us, but we are unable to respond to that email address.

Could you send us another ticket from an alternate email address?
