Changing GUI Size Without Changing Resolution

Being able to change my GUI without having to change my resolution would really help. My monitor can go up to 3840 x 2160 resolution, but my preferred GUI size is the one for 1920 x 1080 resolution. I have noticed the GUI's resolution never changes, the GUI simply shrinks or enlarges to fit the resolution you are using on Wizard101.
