Name change suggestions have been on the table now for quite some time. That being said, there's been no word on implementing the feature.
In the meantime, you can look at some (obvious) alternative options. If you're willing to let go of your character and recreate her, then that is always something you can do. In addition, you can always make other wizards with the preferred name (and any other features you want changed).
Although these suggestions do not fill your request, they're worth looking into if you hate the name that much.
