This is pretty straight forward. If I move a locked item to my bank or shared bank, would like to be able to unlock it while it's still in the bank. May seem like a trivial thing but there could be one or two items I want to unlock while leaving others locked and since it can remain locked while in the bank, we should be able to unlock it too. Likewise, be able to lock items.
