There is no way that mana burn and guardian spirit available on wands from the crowns packs should be available for people under the level of 70 to use in pvp. Mana burn and guardian spirit are completely broken spells regardless of what level you are, and letting them be used because of a crowns pack wand is unacceptable. You banned the battle cherub cards that gave GUARDIAN SPIRIT, so I think the spell and mana burn should be banned from the wands.
