W101 compared to most other online games does not have much room for elite, skilled players to differentiate themselves from others. There are not really any achievements you can get in the game that an average player also couldn't get, which can make the game somewhat boring for the highly dedicated.
I'd suggest creating new badges for soloing pieces of content, such as boss fights or dungeons, that only those dedicated can achieve. For example, if a challenge was set something like "Solo Waterworks on a sub level 70 wizard without dying", and doing this offered a title such as "Waterworks Champion" for example. This way, dedicated players who need a challenge can challenge themselves, and have a reward to show off in return.
Creating challenges in the game would add more diversity to the gaming experience.
