Amulet- Extra Pip

Now, it seems like mob enemies start with full pips. We need to start with more pips.
Starting at level 110, amulets give a white pip. Once the level increases, they start to give power pips at the start of the game. The decks should also give power pips as the level increases. Wands need to start giving another extra pip.
