Recently, my account was trying to be hacked and my friends had their accounts hacked. We worked with kingsisle support to get all of this resolved. It was very frustrating for both parties. I would like to recommend an extra option for account security. I would like to see two-step authentication in order to log in. It tracks your city and sends you a one time code. Every time you login with that exact city, it allows you to login again without a code. This can be similar to the way toontown rewritten security is. If this game is designed in a way where that would be extremely difficult to add this, I would like a way to lock the account so no logins can go through until the account becomes unlocked. Of course, the owner of the account can choose to leave it unlocked at all times if they so chose, but it also adds a layer of extra security for those that seek to have an extra option of security. Lastly, the ability to track and keep logs of login by city and state, so if a problem like this ever occurs again, I can send the logs to kingsisle support. I have heard of a lot of people being hacked recently and am starting to doubt the security of kingsisle. I really don’t care how a second layer is added as long as it happens. I don’t mean to be difficult but this is happening to a lot of players recently and I think you should all be aware of this matter. An extra layer of security would be greatly appreciated by all.
