I think there should be a world with a time machine, where you go back in time to fight much harder version of easy bosses, similar to master/archmage/exalted battles, but in a world, like fighting a rank 15 lord nightshade, or a rank 15 Malistaire, maybe there could be a storyline tagged along where you are trying to stop Malistaire after his wife died.
