Wizard101 Pagoda Gauntlet

I recently bought the gift card of pagoda gauntlet. And it lets me go in with people, but it doesn't let me go in by my self. And i was just wondering if it's some type of bug.

That is odd you should be able to access it solo, I can with mine. Maybe check again and if you still cant send a ticket.
