Just in case you're talking about the prizes for the Deckathalon event, all it is saying is that after the event ends and prizes are given you will have 72 hours to click on the prize box on your wizard to accept the prizes.
To make sure you don't miss any prizes you've earned remember to log onto each of your wizards who participated within 3 days of the event ending and redeem the prizes from the box to the left of your screen
