Random Reporting WITHOUT Reason

I am really tired of these player who go around and random report people for no reason! Just yesterday morning I was just sitting with a friend in MS by the shops when a player kept on reporting all of us in the area. We were not even talking to the person and did not know who was doing it.
It also happens allot in the arena while waiting for a match to start.
What can be done about these players who random report people for no reason?
I am an adult and do not do anything to get reported for, yet I seem to get random reported by people I don't even know !!
KI, please do something about this

When you report someone, or you are reported, a message is sent directly to Mr Lincoln that includes the chat logs of everything that was said before and after that report.

Mr Lincoln then reads the log and assess the situation. He determines how bad the offense was, looks up prior offenses for the reported individual, and based on that assessment he issues sanctions such as muting or banning and sends an email to the offending account explaining the violation and the sanctions.

If the report was falsely made, that is determined as well, and the player who made the false report is investigated as to whether or not they have made previous false reports. False reports are just a egregious as valid ones, and similar sanctions can be levied against repeat offenders of false reporting.

Everything that a player enters into the chat window is logged. These larger chat logs are also routinely checked for those infractions that are not reported.

If you want the prize, you have to build the ladder rung by rung. There are no shortcuts.

I have a question about the chat logs you recieve. What if you dont report that person until after what they have said has dissapeered from your chat log? Does KI have access to the characters entire chat log history regradless of time?

Put simply: if they're random reporting, they'll eventually get into trouble for it.

If this is true, why was one of my account muted? I had said nothing wrong. I was reported for using beguile on their healer and they got mad. They made false reports and I got muted. How is that fair?

The system is currently set up to benifit these abusers. No matter if you have done anything wrong or not if you get reported enough times in a short period you will be muted for a day. People who abuse the reporting ability know this and use it to attack those they want to mess with or don't like. If they lose an account they don't care, they just create new ones of which they can do the same thing over again with. Some say that nothing every happens to them.
