Overhead chat bubble?

Hiya, all!
I was wondering, as I see players, some of them dont have the little bubble by where their title is, and I was wondering how they removed that?

i.e their title is "A+ Student", the little bubble indicating if they have text chat or not.

The chat bubble indicate the type of chat someone has.

a bubble with a line through it means they have menu chat only

a bubble without a line indicates they have filtered chat.

no bubble means the person has open chat.
