I got my master fire level 42 fire and storm spells.How do you get spells after level 42?

um, keep leveling up. The game sure doesn't end at that level.
You don't say which of these is your main school, so links below are for both. However, some spells are school-specific so whichever school is your secondary will not have access to those.

Hey there~ for your main school, keep questing. All spells after level 42 are exclusive to each school of focus, meaning that they can only be unlocked via school-specific quests and that you won't be able to get them for your non-primary school.

Depends on level and quests.

Certain levels unlock trainers and quests will give spells as you go your teacher will tell you to come speak with them.
