We should get another spell at level 50 instead of stopping at level 48 because we need more excitment in the spells we need to get more spells so we have more excitment in the battles

But you DO get a spell at level 50...The spells just happen to be attached to your level 50 gear items and are extras for your school spells already in your book.
Until KI makes it so characters can level up beyond level 50, it really doesn't make sense to create a new school specific level 50 spell. At level 50, you're already 'super powered' up once you get your final gear items, so adding anything more is 'over doing it' because the bosses in the game aren't that much of a challenge afterwards.
If you're wanting to spice the play up, try changing your deck to playing your 2nd and 3rd school spells. Or invest in some gold cards from other schools, or have friends make them for you...
Playing your character at a 'lower level' and with something other then it's primary school spells should do the trick for you. Cause then you'll need to learn how to play it outside of the class you've become accustomed to.
