I have asked around and recieved different answers. The players guide really doesnt answer the question.

If you buy a castle or manor and have multiple wizards do all of your wizards have access or just the one you are using when you buy the estate?

Only the character that purchases the Castle can recall to it. You can have three castles per character, for a grand total of 18 Castles and 6 dorm rooms on your account.
