So twice in pvp i know how we have cheaters. I cant find anything at all in the wiki about a death wand hit that beguiles you, but yet its been casted twice in tournaments, since this isnt a reportable offense, i need to know what spell this js and where to obtain it, as well as the ones that give blade and shield the same go, and the cloaked shield even thou its not a universal?
