I really need help, I completed all the quests but I can't find the recipe for the ring (sorry I forgot the name of it) when I went to see Toshio (I think that's his name) he didn't have it so where do I get it?
Have completed the find the emperor of peace in hametsu village at least half a dozen times. the book is black because I have already read it, but the quest still appears in my spell book. can you help me find a way to complete the quest that will get it out of my spell book?
