Errors with Chests and Reagents

When picking up Reagents you don't get the normal popups and alerts. Nothing seems to happen this morning.

Also after trying to loot 3 chests and 2 silver ones...they (silver ones) get a error saying the area is not available or something along those lines.

I'm in Marleybone area..anybody else having this issue this morning?
