In order to obtain the Master Artisan badge you must complete the quest "Two Ring Circus" given by Balthazar Dragonthorn, which requires you to craft 2 "Rings of Apotheosis". I've encountered a bug with the quest that hinders me from being able to complete it. When I approach Balthazar it shows a gray question mark above his head showing that I have accepted the quest, but the quest does not appear inside of my quest log. I crafted the rings one right after the other. Both in my inventory at the same time, and the task won't update for me to hand them in. It still shows the gray question mark and whenever I try to talk to him it plays the same dialogue it does when you first get the quest. If anyone else has encountered this or knows a fix to it please reply.
