The majority of pvp amulets that are bought with tickets provide some form or damage enchant, all of which are banned. I noticed this while browsing and assumed it was an oversight cause nobody really uses the amulets. I think if these amulets provided a solar surge instead or something different there could be some viability for players who don't have access to solar surge.
