I'm pretty sure you're able to port into the Loremaster battle. If that's true, you'll be able to fight her and possibly get spell drops. You just have to have a friend that has access to the sigils.

We can't port into the Loremaster battle
But any level can get the Loremaster quest. So you don't need to be a certain level to get the spells as drops.
And I think you need the Atheneum unlocked. You can have a friend go there and you can port to them.

Interesting, I wonder if they changed that. I remember my friend brought a level 5 to farm with us once. Perhaps it wasn't a port in ... maybe they just ported to pick up the quest.
Either way, it sounds like people will be able to get the spells. :)
