I’ve currently been working on my balance and I’m pretty close to max, I was thinking about experimenting a bit and having my balance wizard be a makeshift life wizard. Though I have a few questions, does outgoing heals apply to all school heal spells? Also what would be the best gear for healing as a non-life wizard.
