You must be talking about the Photomancy quest.
Photomancy is a feature of Wizard101 that allows you to take pictures of areas or NPCs. Photomancy has a quick access button for your use; pressing the 'Z' key should bring it up.
Hilda Brewer is an NPC that sells you potions to restore your health. She's b the Fairegrounds. You will know that you've taken a picture of her if her name shows up at the top of the screen while you're taking it.
