Increase starting pip by 1

The original start of battle is 2 yellow pips and a white.

I think it should be upgraded start with a full 4 yellow pips. Or 3 yellow and a white. Like we can with deck decklathon deck.

I think in time there should be a 7-pip start possible for our wizards. Make it so we'd need to have 100% power pip if Kingsisle must...but it would be dominate to get our 7-pip AOEs off in the 1st round. Depending on how much harder the worlds get in Arc 4, it could start to become necessary.
Even if we don't get gear for the next world, if we gained the ability to start with 7-pips, I think people would be happy. Though I'd still want this change to not make us insanely overpowered.
