For one of Randolf Spellshines's cheats, he casts a balance spell, the camera angle moves for a second but then snaps back to him and Randolf has his real turn I look wether there are any blades, shields, traps or negative charms but i dont see any. Is he casting a wand spell that the damage is to low for me to notice or is he supposed to cast a spell but does not?

He is probably using the spell to remove your blades or shields, if you have none, you wouldn't see the animation for this.
