I was chilling in the Commons, then saw this character who is literally named 'Troll'.

This isn't the first time I've seen stuff like this, I've seen nameless people and even someone just named Red.

This person was trolling the lower levels and even swearing. Reported him.

Just trying to say, if you see someone like this please report. They are clearly breaking the game rules with their ways.

Well, that's a great example of "truth in advertising" How was he able to turn off the first name option?

Chance are it was FTP account, reporting them is kind of useless as when they get muted they just make another account! Just like the trolls in PVP!
