Guild Crafting timer COOLDOWN BUG

Like, I'm sure, many others, I am using the guild crafter to try to extract school azoth.
I am a max wiz with max crafting credentials, and nine cooldown slots.

At the moment I have five slots that say SLOT READY (the first five)
the next slot has a countdown timer at around ten minutes
and the last thee slots have timers in the three hour forty five minute area

When I attempt to extract azoth, the EXTRACT button is dimmed and the hover-message under it says: "You do not have any crafting slots. Wait for a slot to cool down."

I think this is a bug. Is there a way to cure the machine from looking at the wrong end of the timer queue?

If this is not a bug, why not? Thanks.

The workaround for this bug is to leave the guild house and return.

That should not be necessary, the state of the timer should be examined when the attempt to use the crafting table occurs, not what it was when the player entered the guild house.

Please fix this.
