unable to complete pvp quest

i just recently got the pvp quest from diego but because the old pedestals no longer exist im unable to complete it at all and im not sure what to do, how long has it been since they updated the arena and will the quest ever be fixed?

This is a known issue according to the Test Realm Summer Known problems notes - so KingsIsle knows about the problem. It just hasn't been fixed yet.

I'm having the same issue on my Life wizard.
