k when I did trade voyage the quest to go to grizzleheim I talked to Baldur and he teleported me to grizzleheim. After that I left on accident and tried to come back and talk to baldur but he wont teleport me there and when I asked my friend to port me there. I can't talk to the bears for the quest is there any solutions.

How old is your account Oliviawizard589? It so happens that the 'trade voyage' quest was removed from the game about Spring of 2021 (or somewhere around that date) and is no longer available to be completed. If you still have it, I would indeed contact customer support for a resolution.
