hey! i'm doing the art history quest as i have already completed zafaria and wanted to finish up the side quests. however, i cant get into the library in waterfront and i have looked on other forums saying that i need other side quests to access these areas. the problem is, i already did the quests that would let me into the library and i didnt have the Art History quest at the time. i have no clue how to get into this area and if i even can get into this area... please help!
