I think KI should let us change our appareance like hair color, hair style, (ones in crown shop won't do) eye color , skin color, etc.

This has been posted over and over again. KI will not implement these changes. Their response: If you don't like the way your wizard looks, you can delete it.
KI has allowed us to make changes with the hairstyles. Give them time to figure out how to work the other stuff out. It's in their best interest to find out ways to try to give us what we want within what they can do.
I know that after spending as much cash and time in the came to get to level 75, I myself do not want to reroll just to change it to what I like better now, not unless I can keep my current level and spells, castles etc.
I am not sure if other online games can do it, but I'm sure that if they figured out how so will KI. And if not once they do it'll happen. After all, they figured out how to let us change our flags in Pirates without rerolling, so it's just a matter of time.
They are in the gaming industry to make a living, and the only way is to keep people playing and spending money.
I think it would be cool if we could change our appearance, wizards sister game Pirate 101 had much better choices when it came to appearance choices since it came out after KI had gotten some experience under their belt, it wouldnt surprise me if the retroactively changed the wizard creator and then for older users made some kind of crowns based appearance changer that would probably work similarly to the current hairstyle deal.
