Glitch with Mooshu Crafting Quest

So i finished the possibility dirk quest and when i went to turn it in Toshio wouldn't say i completed it only the gray question mark above his head

You need to craft TWO and bring BOTH back to Toshio. They must be in your backpack to get credit.
