Level 90-100 Attainable Spells With Points!

These are for the Morganthe finale world. Think about them. I think its about time wizards cast astral damage.
Level 90- Starstrike: (4 pips) Deals 800 damage and +25% incoming healing(4 RDS).
Level 95- Star Knowledge: (4 pips) Deals 550 damage and gain 1 pip per incoming spells rank 3+(4RDS).
Level 100- Stardom: (X pips) Deals 90 damage per pip and -15% universal resist(8RDS).
All star spells are 80% accuracy.
Level 90- Moonlight: (3 pips) Deals 430 damage to all enemies and moon shield to self and friends.
Level 95- Moon Shield: (0 pips) -50% to next '' and damage spell. (100% accuracy)
Level 97- Moon Blade: (0 pips) +35% to next '' and damage spell. (100% accuracy)
Level 100- Lunar Slice: (4 pips) Deals 120 damage and 666 damage over 3 rounds to all enemies.
All moon spells are 85% accuracy. Exclude the shield and blade spells.
Level 90- Solarbeam: (4 pips) Deals 660 damage and +25% to next damage spell (BalanceBlade).
Level 95- Solar Shield: (0 pips) -50% to next '' and damage spell. (100% accuracy)
Level 97- Solar Blade: (0 pips) +35% to next '' and damage spell. (100% accuracy)
Level 100- Solar System: (7 pips) Deals 1000 damage to target and 100 damage to the rest.
All sun spells are 80% accuracy. Exclude the shield and blade spells.

Please take some thought into these and I hope that KI will use some or all of these thoughts. Thanks!

Just a little comment to make on Stardom; -15% universal resistance, I was assuming you meant this as +15% universal resistance to self, or -15% incoming damage(-15% incoming damage is the preferable method, as this implies the reduction applies independently of your resist, as otherwise a 100% resistance would be attainable). If you meant this as it puts a -15% resistance aura onto the enemy, then I don't agree with that at all, as that would lead to some pretty bad situations (thinking mainly in the pvp world).

I agree with the shields and blades, just not the damage spells. The astral spells were designed for utility, not damage. But if KI would make the shields and blades, they should make some sort of star blade that would be similar to balance blade because balance is the school with the least amount of buffs, percent-wise that is.
Take,
School specific blades
Stormblade - 30%
Balanceblade - 25%

School specific traps
Stormtrap - 25%
Hex - 30%

Other blades
Elemental blade - 35%
Bladestorm - 20%

Now these blades
Sun blade - 35%
???????? You didn't include a 1 pip or 0 pip charm for balance

Nice ideas and here is another idea for a spell.
Sun Blade: +30% universal damage, its like a upgraded balanceblade. Level 90.
Hope Kingsisle does the spell ideas.

Oh yeah thanks for pointing that out. Yes it should mean +15% universal resist.

Edit- Moon Blade and Solar Blade should be 1 pip.
