Hey there! So i have seen a bunch of requests for DOT (Damage over Time) spells for other school, And though it has been done, I think only the fire school should really have the most plentiful amount of these and storm shouldn't, because storm is mainly power, while fire is less power but over time damage helps make it equal to storm.
Going off topic here to a Health issue with storm, ok this is just lame, We know storm has massive damage ratings on most spells with a 70%-75% chance to not fizzle, but their health isnt a good factor, they have the most health out of all schools! I think life should have this health factor.
