Okay..when i first started playing i just randomly made a character to play with thinking i wouldn't play long..So i got hooked and got my character pretty far...is there any way to change schools by paying or anything of the sort?
You cannot change your main school of focus, however you can create a new Wizard on your account. You can have up to 6 Wizards on your account at a time.
If you wish to return the spells you learned with Training points and get those training points back, visit Mr Lincoln in Golem Court.
And you're only level 27, young Wizard, you can make a new character and level up to that point quite quickly now that you are familiar with the game and know where you're going and what you need to do.
