With the new dungeons and all the hype for malistare gear I sadly missed out on a new wand in the level 60 dungeon called the condemned codex of havoc,(membership has run out) it is similar to the book wand that comes with the spiral cup and I love the way it looks(I like book items in general).
This got me thinking about wands I would like to see.
A crystal ball it would float between your hands normally and when idle you would gaze into it while whirling your hands around it or something like that For a regular cast you would swirl it around and it would glow For a wand hit it would shoot a beam similar to the beacon of arund vale
A book wand it would be held normally and when idle you would open it up and read it(because spit shining a book looks sillyIm looking at you spiral cup book wand) It would cast similarly to the lore master's (boxes event version) so it would open before shooting a large beam (jumping in the air while casting is optional,though it would look cool if we did )
Glove/ring wands It would look like it does when you cast with out a wand (if they are gloves the idle would pulling on them as if they were loose)
