Okay so, out of all the spells in the game, no matter what it is, I'd have to say it's probably Power Play. I mean, you're giving +35% power pip chance to your team and the other team at the same time, for 4 pips. I've never used this spell for PvP at all and I've never used it in PvE either. Can Power Play please be lowered down to 2 pips so the spell is a little more useful? 4 is a little much for what the spell does.

This. ^ Power Play is useless. 0 pips is too expensive for it. Even Doom can be used to suppress a boss' healing cheat. This will be only semi-useful at lower levels, but becomes a major liability at around Grandmaster level.
Among those suggestions is something a bit different as an idea to replace powerplay. I'd love some feedback on it. It also has bearing on the new shift spells currently debuting in test realm. ;)

That's what I keep asking myself. Why is Power Play even a spell if it puts you at such a disadvantage? It should be completely changed because it costs 4 pips and gives your opponents more pips than you get yourself. I don't see anyone using it, and if there is, I'd like to know what it helps in.
