The winged cat is from one of the packs, not from a drop. Go to Wizard Central and check out the pets...under each on it states if it is a drop or not. There are only a couple in Marleybone

well sometimes people decline because they want a pet with GOOD STATs and is a pvp common pet e. g: storm beetle, etc Off topic: this belongs in pet forums , and they are available from the crown shop, and rare pets are everywhere, farm bosses and you'll see and geez don,t get distressed
