a nice thing to do for the little lvls

I want no one to have a dorm room I want when they first come I want them to have a house not a little dorm room I think it would be much nicer and people cant have in the game party or show off the dorm its a house thing and a dorm is too small to do anything

I am fine with the dorm room.
