Where do I find the guy to talk to - to buy the recipes from other classes to make.
Altho you can purchase/trade other school treasure cards you can not craft them. TC sellers are in Wizard City Library, Krocktopia Library and the Archivist in Celestia.
You can only craft TC's for the school your wizard is.
