Wizard101 Masks and Necks

So I finally got a mask I wanted from the Nightmare Pack(Atonement Cowl). Then I find out as I'm walking, that my neck shows. Will Wizard101 improve this in the future? I won't be buying more packs if the hats just end up like this :/
