I am at the level that you should learn sharpened blade spell, but I also have a pet Enchanted Armament. I do not know if you can use the same blade twice if one is enhanced with pet spell, and one is enhanced with trained spell.
You can. The trained sharpen blade will stack with pet sharp, item sharp, TC, item, pet, and your plain trained blade. It's a spell everyone should train.
Sadly there is still no way to tell item sharp from pet in your hand, or to tell any sharpened blade from another once you enchant. Hope they'll add an icon for each one if these days.

This isn't really true. Item & Pet cards will stack even with same value. Sharpen Blade 10% from Enchanted Armament pet and Sharpen Blade 10% from Boots of the Archmage. They are exactly the same card in stats, name and appearance, yet they stack when used on the same blade.
