I am a level 18 storm wizard and I have still not gotten my convert yet. I know I am supposed to get it earlier. But I did the quest that you were supposed to get convert and it never gave it to me. I checked my deck and everything. Is it a glitch that can hopefully be fixed soon?
The Storm teacher sends you to talk to Lady Oriel, then the Storm Tree. Check your quest log for Leydon Lab or Charge it up quests. I'm thinking you did this quest already though since you don't mention missing Stormblade, which requires this spell first. If you have Stormblade, then you know Storm Prism too and should check your spell lists again.
