Spooky Manor!
OooooOOOOooooHHHhhh
This dungeon comprises of spooky like creatures that stop you from getting to a sacred jewel called the Visionary Jewel buried in the Spooky Manor's Main Exhibit Hall. The jewel is beyond words and is something even Merle Ambrose can't quite figure out.
You also get to keep the jewel as a housing item!

The dungeon contains pumpkin like creatures in similarity to the Gobbler pets, Scarecrows, Wraiths, a semi final boss as the return of.... Nosferabbit!
The final boss is a never before seen creature called Yogarre. Which is an epic looking Gargoyle.
Drops consist of a new hat, robe and boots called The Fear Factor and are just for design and provide no stats.
It makes you look like a gargoyle (boy) or a vampiress (girl)

Also exclusively for people at 95 (and for presumably 100) there will be an exclusive wand drop called the Wand of The Spooky Manor, which gives 75 universal critical and 90 universal block plus one pierce average. A power pip start and a new concept for wands... Shadow Pip Start! Giving you an additional Shadow Pip to start out with.

There are also other amazing drops in the dungeon including the Gargoyle pet, Halloween housing decorations and also Halloween gear based on level, similar to the Winterbane dropping Raven Hoard items.
