I got a card the other day from either a battle in Wintertusk or a pack called Knights Lore Pack. It was a treasure card that made spells cost 2 pips less then a normal card would. I am currently trying to find out how to get more of these but don't know the name of the card, any help would be nice.
Um the card you had was called elucidate. I believe you can find it as a drop in celestia, also from the archivist, also in celestia. Elucidate is a sun spell that reduces the cost by two pips. Good luck finding it.
Elucidate is a retired card. It can only be obtained by the bazaar or a quest given by either Grace Conrad or Engineer Montgomery in the Science Center in Celestia.

I am not sure but I think it may be some kinda aura spell or something like that you get them from celesia k love Isabella gold shard
Thank you all for posting. You are correct in saying the card is retired. They removed the card from the game other then one instance. You can get it as a reward in Celestia after doing a quest.
