I saw that too. I really hope it is. I've been craving a new world forever now. However it reminds me a lot of Darkmoor or even a part of Avalon. Either way, it seems really awesome.
i have been craving a new world as well but I hope it is a little brighter than the current worlds with a new theme :) repetitive themes usually get tire some :)
