Night time cycle (with lanterns :) )

It would be cool if there was a night time cycle in the game because it would create a change in the setting of areas in the game. This way, the scenery would not always be the same all the time. The music can change as well in the main hubs of each world as well to once again break the constant look of the game in a positive way. Lanterns can be put out as well to create that look as if you were on Pirates of the Caribbean in Disneyland. Adding on to the lantern idea, instead of just WAPOW spawning them in, NPCs could be seen carrying them out and setting them down. The animations would make the game seem so much more lively and not just other wizards. The game could be more alive with NPCs actually walking instead of staying still.
I would like it to not affect gardening or anything; I just want it to be a change that is pleasing to the eye. An excuse for plants being able to grow at night could be that magic grows that plants or the plants stored magic or something. Whatever Kingsisle can think of.
I just greatly feel that this game needs some OOMF after over 5 years and 10s of times walking back and forth to the bazaar and other places. The Warlords of Draenor expansion for World of Warcraft locked all the servers because they were all full, so this can bring back some old timey players that might have gotten tired. The new spells might not have been enough to keep them going.
Tell me what you all think, and I'll see you in the spiral :).

P.S. I can just imagine walking around Olde Town with lanterns flickering and the glow of the fire hitting the surface of the stone and grass. I'm getting hyped thinking about it! Ples add ples :).
